Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MJourney, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

User Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You must be eligible to use digital services under the laws that apply to you.

Proper Use

Use MJourney for lawful personal-development, productivity, reflection, goal, habit, and finance-awareness purposes. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

User-Generated Content

You retain responsibility for the habits, goals, reflections, finance entries, and other content you add to MJourney. You grant MJourney Labs the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you through the app.

Premium Services and Payments

MJourney may offer premium plans. Pricing, plan availability, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be clearly displayed before payment. Payments may be handled by Razorpay or another payment provider.

Intellectual Property

MJourney, MJourney Labs, app design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by MJourney Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using MJourney or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

MJourney supports personal organization and self-development. It is not financial, medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MJourney Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Service or Terms

We may update MJourney or these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated appropriately.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to your use of MJourney and to MJourney Labs as the service provider.
