1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use MJourney, we may collect name, email address, authentication information, profile information, habit data, goal information, reflection entries, finance-awareness data entered by you, journey and identity-evidence information, app usage information, crash/performance diagnostics, and payment-related transaction references.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide app functionality, sync progress, save user-generated data, provide support, process payment-related workflows, prevent abuse or fraud, improve reliability, and understand product performance.

3. Authentication and Firebase

MJourney uses Firebase Authentication for account creation, login, password reset, and account identity management. Firebase services may process authentication metadata needed to provide those features.

4. Cloud Data

MJourney uses Firebase/Firestore-style cloud storage to provide account synchronization and product functionality across app sessions. User-generated app data may be stored in cloud collections associated with your account.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Razorpay. MJourney does not need to store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials when those details are handled by the payment processor. We may store payment references, plan information, and entitlement status after trusted verification.

6. Data Sharing

We share data with service providers only where needed to operate MJourney, such as Firebase services, analytics/crash reporting providers, and payment processors such as Razorpay. We do not sell personal-development entries.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal/security obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and applicable requirements.

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion through the app where available or through the account deletion page. Production deletion should cover your account and personally associated application data, except where limited retention is legally or security-wise required.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for MJourney data. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

MJourney is intended for users who are old enough to manage a personal account under applicable law. If a child has provided personal information without required consent, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MJourney evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
