MJourney Premium is a digital service. It is delivered instantly as in-app access on your MJourney account once payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically.

If Premium doesn't appear within 15 minutes of a successful payment, open the app and use "Sync premium status", or email support@mjourneylabs.com with your payment reference.
